Exterior carpentry

Entrance door made of iroko wood, 2.60 meters high, with vertical slats on the exterior and open-pore lacquered finish on the interior, equipped with a pull handle on the outside and a lever handle on the inside, and a smart lock with access via remote control or mobile phone.

Flooring

Large-format “Palancar” natural stone in the living room, dining room, bedrooms, kitchen, toilets, entrance porch, and living room porch. Skirting boards made of the same material, flush with the wall and recessed at the top.
